Bione has various quality accreditation to confirm best quality services to be delivered to our esteemed customers through Bione team & its wellness community. Bione provides free online counselling about the services, its advantages, and limitations to our customers through counsellors. Bione also supports its customers for post test and follow up counselling for . Bione has a responsibility to ensure high quality products and services. Yet Bione offers a 30-day (Thirty Days)refund policy as a demonstration of our commitment of delivering best quality genetic & microbiome testing services.
This refund policy is applicable for DNA Test and Microbiome Test” subject to the return of the unused sample collection box in a marketable condition within 30 (Twenty One) days from the date of online/offline purchase.
If a sample is collected or the box has been opened or has been used, in such cases Rs. 5,000 (Five thousand rupees) will be deducted from the amount paid by the customer and the remaining amount will be refunded within 15 (Fifteen) days (once we receive the box in the Bione lab, Bangalore).
Bione returns policy for Bione wellness warriors: Bione wellness community members may return the genetic & microbiome test sample collection box within 30 (Thirty) days to the Bione Corporate office, Bengaluru from the purchase with following terms and conditions:
Period of return for sample collection box is calculated as the Number of Days from the invoice date to the date receipt at the Bione Office, Bangalore.
Return policy refers to the condition in which the sample collection box is received back from the Bione wellness warrior.
As a return:
The products can be “marketable” or “unmarketable” depending on the Condition of the returned sample collection box assessed by the executive at the Bione Office.
Total RP (Reward Points) of the returned products will be deducted from all the levels of the Bione wellness community.
Return policy is not applicable:
If sample collection box is received after 30 days of purchase
When a test is booked (online), samples collected & delivered to Bione and post 7 days of receiving samples at Bione lab refund policy is not applicable.
We do not support return of Bione services except return of Bione Genetic and MyMicrobiome tests as per the above mentioned conditions. But in certain unforeseen circumstances we will accommodate return of services if the request for replacement has been raised due to wrong product delivered, missing product in order, damaged product delivered or expired product has been delivered but only if the request for return is raised within 7 days of delivery of product. We will require additional information before the return is processed. After the replacement is accepted a new order will be processed by us.
